Explanations for complex formulations
- "Direct qualification": The table shows three reasons: national talent attraction plan / internationally recognized professional standards; market-oriented rewarded positions; innovative entrepreneurial talents and 优秀青年人才.
- "Bachelor and 2 years of experience": Category B text states: Bachelor's degree or higher and 2 years or more of relevant work experience.
- "Foreign language teachers": according to the text, they usually must teach their country's native language, have a bachelor's degree or higher, and 2 years of language teaching experience.
- When teaching experience may not be required: if you have a degree in education, languages or pedagogy, or a teaching certificate from your country, or a suitable international language teaching certificate.
- “4 times the average salary of the region”: in the text of category B, this is a separate basis: the average salary of a foreign specialist is not lower than 4 times the average salary of the region for the previous year.
- "Local surcharge": The table shows 0-10 points for urgently needed special talents according to local criteria set by the provincial foreign affairs authority.
There are no additional conditions here beyond your text and table: this is only a translation and explanation of the points already indicated.
